CoronaVirus Update (3/18/2020)
We are aware of the increasing concern about coronavirus, and we want to assure you that your health and safety is our top priority as we take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and sanitary car shopping and service experience. We are taking several steps to protect our employees and customers through the following additional steps:
- We continue to clean and disinfect all areas of operations, waiting rooms, bathrooms and all other areas of intensive use of clients and employees several times a day. We are ensuring that our maintenance staff has the supplies and equipment necessary to provide the highest quality of cleaning available.
- We are asking unwell employees to stay home and seek medical advice from their primary provider, while making sure that we will continue to support them in any way possible as they recover. Additionally, to reduce the possibility of spreading foreign contaminants, we are asking our employees to refrain from any physical contact with our customers for their safety.
- We are increasing the number of options available to disinfect or wash hands at the dealership for all of our customers and staff. Nonetheless, we urge any customers who are not feeling well or have recently traveled overseas to affected countries to follow CDC guidelines and please refrain from coming in if you are potentially compromised unless it is absolutely necessary.
We would like to thank the City of Brownsville and the Rio Grande Valley for giving us the opportunity to provide exceptional service and quality vehicles. As the most reputable dealer in South Texas, we are dedicated to setting and exceeding the standard of customer service possible, and will continue to do so while monitoring the situation.
