“From the very beginning, Murano has collected award after award for design, dependability, family friendliness, value and especially quality. The enhancements for the 2019 model year are designated for one purpose – to ensure Murano remains in a class all by itself.” – Dan Mohnke, senior vice president, Sales & Marketing and Operations, Nissan Division U.S., Nissan North America, Inc.
2019 Nissan Murano Exterior and Interior Features
The 2019 Nissan Murano starts off strong by adding Rear Door Alert and Intelligent Driver Alertness to all of the trim levels. And, added to the Platinum trim and the SL Technology Package, the innovative Nissan Safety Shield 360 is available for the Murano now, which includes features like Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Rear Automatic Braking and much more. Plus, every Murano model will come equipped with NissanConnect® with Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ integration. The SL and high trim levels will also have the NissanConnect® with Navigation system that has revised Dorr-to-Door navigation with 3D building graphics, satellite imagery and more.
There are two different packages available for the 2019 Murano. One is the SV Premium Package that includes features like Power Panoramic moonroof, Intelligent Around View® Monitor, 11-speaker Bose® Premium sound system. And the other is the SL Technology Package that has Safety Shield 360 features, Traffic Sign Recognition and a Power Panoramic Moonroof.
The 2019 Nissan Murano Redesign
The most noticeable aspect of the Murano’s redesign is the more pronounced front V-motion grille. Then, the LED headlights and taillights have been restyled to look sharper and more aggressive, as well as new LED fog lights. Plus, you have your choice of new 18-inch and 20-inch aluminum-alloy wheel designs and three new exterior color options: Sunset Drift Chromaflair, Mocha Almond Pearl and Deep Blue Pearl. Overall, the 2019 Murano makes a lasting impression wherever it goes.
The interior has also been upgrades with new semi-aniline leather-appointed seating that feature diamond-quilted inserts and contrasting micro-piping trim—which is on the seats, door armrests and center console lid in the Murano Platinum. There are also three new available trim finishers: Dark Wood-Tone in the Platinum; Light Wood-Tone in the S, SV and SL; and Metallic in the S, SV and SL.
The 2019 Nissan Murano will make its way to showrooms throughout December.
