Enjoy a free family-friendly movie in the park. Dress up in your favorite Halloween costume and get a fun family photo! The event is free, but snacks are available for purchase

Pumpkin Patch and Scarecrow Trail

Dates: October 26 – 29

Time: 10 am – 8 pm

Cost: Free

Location: Dean Porter Park

Enjoy a morning, afternoon, or evening taking pictures on a beautiful trail. Pumpkins are available for admiring as well as purchase.

Howl-o-ween

Date: October 26

Cost: Free

Location: Catherine Stillman Dog Park

Bring your furry friend or friends to the park. Dress them up, show off their best tricks, enjoy food and the party.

5K Zombie Run and Monster Mile

Date: October 26

Time: 5pm – 8pm

Cost: $10-$25

Location: Tip of Texas Outreach

Dress up as a monster or a zombie and go for a run! Pets are welcome, and all of the profits go to child abuse prevention. Sign up for the race here.

Brownsville Haunted Trails

Location: Resaca de la Palma State Park

Enjoy trunk or treat, a costume contest, music, food, and more. Pets are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash.

October Historical Happy Hour: Costume Party

Date: October 26

Time: 6 pm – 8 pm

Cost: Free – $10

Location: Historic Brownsville Museum

Grab your friends that are 21+ for an evening of costumes and drinks. The winner receives a bag of goodies!

Witches and Ghouls Brews Charity Party

Cost: $30/person or $50 for 2

Location: Amigo Land Event Center
